You ran it. Now carry it. Race Tekapo keyring
This isn’t a generic race souvenir with a logo slapped on it. Every tag is built from the real GPS course data, so the squiggle in your hand is the exact line you followed around the Mackenzie basin: every climb, every lakeside stretch, every switchback you swore at somewhere past the halfway mark.
What makes it different
- Real course geometry. The route is printed as a raised orange line, not a sticker or a print. You can feel the shape of your race under your thumb.
- Lake Tekapo in turquoise. The lake sits recessed into the tag in that unmistakable milky blue, so the map reads instantly to anyone who’s been there.
- Textured terrain finish. The black surround has a fine woven texture that catches the light and hides the scuffs a keyring picks up in real life.
- Stats on the back. Distance and total elevation gain, molded in white. No printing to rub off, no engraving to fade.
Choose your distance
Each distance is a completely different tag, with its own route shape and its own numbers on the reverse:
- 12 km / +295 m
- 16 km / +100 m
- 21 km / +358 m
- 32 km / +473 m
- 50 km / +619 m

Made in ÅŒtautahi Christchurch
Race Tekapo keyring is designed, printed and packed by a trail runner in Christchurch, one at a time. Small colour and texture variations between tags are part of how these are made, not a fault.
Perfect as a finisher’s keepsake, a gift for the runner in your life, or the thing you hand someone when they ask what you did on the weekend.
